Thriving as a Highly Sensitive Person, 2-Month Immersion
with Dave Markowitz, Healing with Source
Sept/Oct 2015
The needs of the Highly Sensitive Person are different. These very unique needs and desires are typically not supported by the mainstream—much less understood—leaving us feeling alone, lost, confused or unhealthy. It’s time to make friends with your SENSITIVITIES and see them as an ally not a burden. It’s time to take back your power. It’s time to have your needs met in a whole new way.
Healing the Mother Wound 2
with Stephanie Gagos
September 26 – October 28
In “Healing the Mother Wound” we explored the wound. In this journey we will focus on empowering ourselves in the here and now. Our work will be to ask ourselves what is the mother wound calling us to heal and reclaim in our lives right now? What are the gaps left by your relationship with your mother and how can you begin to fill them with your own love and the love of others? How does the lost and wounded child show up in your life and how can you nurture and empower her/yourself? How can we use the mother archetype to empower the “sacred mother” within? Through writing, art and sacred photography we will explore the mother archetype and how we can begin to integrate her more. This is a four week online journey with an extra week for processing and integrating. We will have a weekly in-depth prompt to explore, a private community to share our healing process, and support from myself and the community. Most content is delivered via video and written form.

Writing the Womb: myth, metaphor, and keeper of the stories
with Isabel Abbott
September 7 – October 4
A process writing course for women at every stage in the creation cycle and womb cycle. Here . . .We will write words as they come. We will delve into the “wandering womb,” see where it is located in our bodies and lives and creations. We will give voice to stories that have been locked away or left unspoken. We will consider the womb as metaphor and as human reality, living in the body and the world. We will listen to the words of the womb, and let them speak.
It is the last session of “Writing the Womb” for the year (and likely for the next little while).
